Discount Tire

Couldn’t be happier. Nathan dominated the customer service and client experience in a positive way. The process was smooth, even got Me In a little early and I was out the door after finding a screw in my tire.

Currently sitting here watching my new tires go on, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotless… something that definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in both their customer service and their facility. Great experience so far and I’ll definitely be back for future tire needs. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this place is some of the best I've ever seen. We use this shop for our work trucks and they are always very patient and helpful, even when the job is significantly more difficult than a normal tire change. One time they had to soak the lugnuts in penetrating oil overnight to get the wheel off, and it was definitely a PITA For them to finish the job. On a few occasions we have had to leave our trucks in the lot over a couple days because we don't always have a way of picking them up in time, and the people at this shop are always very understanding. We know they have very limited lot space and having vehicles parked over multiple days is likely frustrating for them, but they never give us any trouble at all. 11/10

I can’t say enough about this shop & the manager Mitchell. Seems to me they put the costumer ahead of all else, including their profits. Good luck finding that somewhere else. I also really like they have a big window with a view into the shop so you can see them working on your car. Again…good luck finding that somewhere else. As for the technicians they are prompt, courteous, & professional. I have absolutely no complaints & I will be getting all my future tire work done there.

I got a flat tire on my way down the North Shore, and called Discount Tire to see if they could fix it the same day (I had a spare tire, so I was able to drive to Discount Tire). They were so helpful and kind and were able to get me in right away. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to help me, especially given I was traveling and was hours away from my destination. I'd highly recommend!
